We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roselands Caravan Park. the peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. the nearby Sennen Cove provided stunning sunsets and fun on the beach. the proximity to landmarks like Lands End and Minack Theatre was convenient. the owners, Craig and Kerry, were incredibly helpful and their local knowledge enhanced our experience. the clear night sky allowed for some fantastic stargazing with our own telescope. a superb location and fantastic amenities.

Felt like part of the family, absolutely no complaints at all.

The value for money was really good and the room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a short drive to nearby town, beaches, and the amazing Minack Theatre. The hosts were knowledgeable and provided us with a fantastic information pack that we used for all sorts of recommendations. We felt safe and relaxed, making it the perfect place for our family.

The breakfast could have been improved with the addition of napkins and floor mats in the bathrooms. Some basic toiletries like handwash were also missing.

Awesome location and helpful owners! the campsite is perfectly located to explore the beautiful beaches, coves, and headlands of Cornwall. the owners, Craig and Kerry, were incredibly friendly and provided us with a list of great local walks and tourist attractions. the on-site pub was a fantastic place to relax and chat with other campers.

The cleanliness of the caravan we stayed in. It had a strong wet dog smell and dog hairs on the carpet.

The location of this campsite was great, with easy access to all the nearby attractions and beaches. We were able to explore different coves and headlands without any hassle. The owners were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of recommended walks and sights in the area. the onsite pub was a perfect spot to relax after a long day, enjoying a drink and chatting with other campers.

The onsite shop could have been bigger, as it had a limited selection of items. the bar had limited opening hours, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was in the countryside but not far from St Just, with grocery shopping, a fish and chip shop, and pubs nearby. the absence of a clubhouse meant no late-night noise. the caravan was well heated, modern, and had ample storage space. the kitchen appliances and utensils were in good condition. the site had a great field for dog walking.

We felt so at home, and nothing was too much trouble.

We loved the convenient 1pm check-in, allowing us to enjoy a full afternoon. Plus, the location offered easy access to numerous beaches and great dining options just a short drive away. the site itself was not overly crowded and had a modern feel. It was perfect for us as trekkers and provided a good field for dog walking. the kitchen facilities and utensils were top-notch, and we appreciated the ample storage space. the staff was attentive and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. the individual caravans had their own washing lines and picnic tables, which added to the convenience. the showers were excellent and the beds were comfy. All in all, it was a spotless and well-maintained park.

Felt very homey, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great Easter break at this caravan park. the pitches were spacious and had plenty of room for outdoor activities. the park also had a little playground which the kids loved. the owners were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the surrounding area. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like St Ives and Lands End. We also appreciated the convenience of the onsite shop and the well-equipped washroom facilities.

The onsite shop could have been a bit bigger and the opening hours of the bar were limited. these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall enjoyable experience we had at the caravan park.

We stayed here at the beginning of October and couldn't fault the accommodation. The Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. The owners were lovely and very helpful, even providing us with milk for our 2-year-old. The location was peaceful and not far from Sennen Cove and Lands End. The Caravan was warm, comfortable, and had great washing facilities. We would highly recommend it to anyone, including couples, families, and friends.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with super clean and comfortable accommodations, complete with warm cozy beds. The location was excellent, with short drives to town, beaches, and the famous Minack Theatre. The hosts were wonderful, providing excellent maintenance of the site and offering their local knowledge to enhance our experience. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

Breakfast delights could be elevated with a wider variety of non-fish options within a 5-mile radius.

We stayed at this lovely caravan park in the countryside and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. the location was perfect, not far from grocery shopping, fish and chip shops, and pubs in St Just. What we really liked was that there was no club house on site, ensuring there was no late-night noise to disturb us. the caravan itself was modern, well-heated, and immaculately clean. It had all the necessary amenities, including good kitchen appliances and utensils. There was also plenty of storage space and a nice field for walking our dog. the owners were friendly and helpful; they even provided us with towels and bedding, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated their assistance when we needed some milk for our toddler. the washing facilities were convenient, especially after a muddy day out exploring. Despite the less than ideal weather, we had a great time and would definitely return. the proximity to Land’s End and beautiful Gwynver Beach were additional highlights of our stay. We highly recommend this caravan park and look forward to coming back next year.

    No negatives from this place.

The staff provided a helpful guide with postcodes for local attractions, making it easy for us to plan our days. They were also very attentive and quickly resolved any safety concerns we had, such as a gas smell in our caravan.

We found the campsite to be clean and well-maintained. Although the caravan we stayed in was not the newest, it was clean and met our needs.

The value for money at this caravan park was excellent, with super clean and comfortable rooms. The location was great, with easy access to town, beaches, and the Minack Theatre.

One small improvement that could be made is to provide a shower mat for the bathroom floor during the morning meal.
